Did you never watch Reggie White lift a guy partially off the ground with literally 1 arm and throw him down? Did it at least once a game.

Some of those Reggie White highlights are unreal. He was quick and powerful.

A good friend of mine who I've known since we were little kids played football at Penn and then in the CFL with Toronto when Bruce Clark was there. He was a 300 pound OT. He said one time they were reviewing a practice film, and Clark ran into him and hit him so hard square in his chest that he was off the ground for a couple of steps while Clark was still just pushing through him. It was so quick that he was still trying to use his footwork in pass protection as he was in the air. He said he did not realize he was off the ground until he saw the film. His line coach said, 'well, way to keep your feet moving.'

Some of these guys are just freaks. It's a beautiful thing.
