His walk around is apparently 175 (he doesn't cut when he had to go 79KG)How the hell does Dake make 74kg ?? (162.8 lbs)
Dake looks larger than Mark Hall.
At the time he was put on the clock, Nolf hadn't taken any shots and was ceding the center to Dake. It was deserved, especially as refs are required to put one of the wrestlers on the clock if there's no score by the point it was called. Clock doesn't have much to do with shots so much as activity and holding center. If you're the one backing up, you're the one that's going to get hit.The thing I don't like about FS is the shot clock, Nolf took all the shots and Dake got the passivity point.
Nolf deserved to be put on the clock. Dake controlled center and Nolf was in the zone a big portion of the match. I think this match shows how much stronger Nolf has gotten though. Normally when Dake gets people in the zone he pushes them out and gets his 1 but for the most part Nolf did very well when in the zoneThe thing I don't like about FS is the shot clock, Nolf took all the shots and Dake got the passivity point.
challenge was not allowed. Second point was shot clockDT and Zahid Valencia
- Handfighting so far, Zahid warned for passivity.
- Duck by Zahid, DT evades it.
- Zahid with a leg, DT looking crotch lift, ref stops it.
- DT on the clock.
- DT looking to go behind, steps out. Loses a challenge. 2-0 Zahid.
- DT gets to a leg but Zahid heavy hips, fights it off.
- Break 2-0 Zahid. DT was picking up pace toward the end.
Here's a quick explainer video if you want more info.Don't understand much about it, but Greco can be pretty exciting.
I could be wrong, but I believe the incident occurred before the shot clock expired, around the :28 mark. The point to Zahid rendered the clock moot, so the only explanation for the extra point was the lost challenge. I heard what you heard as well, someone saying the challenge was not allowed, but I don't see how else Zahid has two there.challenge was not allowed. Second point was shot clock
So Dake wins without a TD? Lame.Nolf and Dake!
- Dake looking to push Nolf out, going underhook, but Nolf holds his ground.
- Nolf warned for passivity.
- Nolf snapping down, half shot attempt.
- Nolf going on the clock w 1:18 left in first.
- Neither guy committing, ref blows whistle. Nolf w an injury time out, maybe fingers?
- Break. 1-0 Dake.
- Nolf looking more active, Dake still just pushing
- Beautiful ankle pick, Nolf lifts, gets behind, converts. 2-1 Nolf.
- Nolf driven out, plus a caution (!) 3-2 Dake.
- Dake with another step out point, up 4-2, 1:31 remaining.
- Nolf with an ankle again, but Dake drops down and neutralizes.
- Nolf needing a TD for the win, Dake backing up. Dake warned.
- Dake wins 4-2, on two step outs, a caution, and a shot clock point. Dake never shot, just held center.

The point Zahid got no longer nullifies the shot clock point. He is allowed to score and also collect the shot clock point now. Good rule change I think because it encourages action. Before the guy would wait 30 seconds only playing defense to ensure he got his 1 point. Now he can score as many as possible and still pick up the pointI could be wrong, but I believe the incident occurred before the shot clock expired, around the :28 mark. Round 2 matches begin at 6pm eastern. My stream stopped. Anyone else?
Dake actually did earn the win.So Dake wins without a TD? Lame.
But as long as he was “controlling center”, he earned it. 😂
That would explain it. ThanksRound 2 matches begin at 6pm eastern.
Oh, I understand it. It just illustrates how ridiculous Freestyle is. Can’t wait til Folk starts again! WE ARE!!!Dake actually did earn the win.
Dake is annoying & boring AF, but he understands the rules better than you do, and he uses them to his advantage LOL
But, I don't even think Dake wants any part of shooting on Nolf if he does not need to shoot.

J'Den Cox & Kyle Dake should go on a tour together watching paint dry when they retire from men's freestyle.
This ... it's actually similar to Iowa fans complaining about how RBY beats ADS every time.Dake actually did earn the win.

never touched a anything but feet and hands-which is why TD was nullified.DT was down 2-0 with Zahid on the shot clock.
DT got the takedown but was going OOB. They give it to him anyways, says Zahid was trying to flee, so they tacked on a caution 1 and the shot clock expired. So that's 4 points. 4-2 DT
Sunkist Kids challenged and said they were going OOB and the TD shouldn't count and Zahid wasn't fleeing also.
Refs agree, takes away 2 points for DT and only gives him step up and shot out, changed to 2-2, DT on criteria.
Haters b**** and moan anyways because they're idiots.

Honestly, that was an incredible show of athleticism and strength. I couldn't believe his knee didn't touch there!never touched a anything but feet and hands-which is why TD was nullified.
It was the right reversal. I'm saying people still complain the initial call was made regardless as if it's some favoritism to Penn State. It's so difficult to referee and things happen so fast.never touched a anything but feet and hands-which is why TD was nullified.
You’re free to not respond to my posts at anytime and I’ll continue to post as I see fit. See how that works? We need an eye roll emoji.
If you hate freestyle, go cut the grass or walk the dog. Stop bothering the rest of us.
Okay, I heard talk of that but hadn't seen it happen. Here, though, they gave Zahid the extra point before action had restarted after going out of bounds with :02 remaining on the passivity clock. So I still don't see how Zahid gets a shot clock point. That's not true anymore, you can score on the opponent's shot clock now and still get the 1
Right, but they gave him the point before the clock got to :30.The point Zahid got no longer nullifies the shot clock point. He is allowed to score and also collect the shot clock point now. maybe they just figured why wait the full :30 , close enoughRight, but they gave him the point before the clock got to :30.
It was at :28 but then the clock just disappeared a couple seconds later. Confusing but since no challenge was allowed it was 1 for step out and 1 for shot clockRight, but they gave him the point before the clock got to :30.
All I know is, the SOB cost me my parlay in the Olympics. I had Taylor Steveson and Dake. F#*> Kyle Dake.Dake is an all-timer but I can think of a lot of wrestlers I’d rather watch.
