Not to play devil's advocate, but, they also did say that the people who won should have won. They specifically said they believed Zain was the better wrestler on Friday and deserved to win, was the more aggressive wrestler, etc.

A flight from SF to NY probably costs a nice chunk of change (not to mention it's a long flight with a 3 hour time difference) to wrestle a 6 minute match for #3 on the National Team? This had Cenzo won't show written all over it tbh.

I'm old enough to remember when people lost their minds when clearly injured wrestlers forfeited at a conference tournament. I can't imagine how these same "fans" will react to a forfeit in a match that decided a National team spot. Twitter must be exploding with relentless calls of ducking and how this will kill the sport......
