This is just a first phase of some critical needs. Winterizing, improved concessions and bathrooms, lighting, along with VIP seating……which will help pay for future phases.
Winterizing is very important as we will be in the playoffs quite often and will be playing home games in Dec!
And it wasn’t wise to announce this in the middle of the NFL draft….unless they wanted few people to know about it.
