So then what's his ceiling if he's coached by Brands? Ryan? John Smith? Brian Smith? Koll? Dresser? Pop? Rosselli? Santoro?
Because, well ... Koll has coached more 4x champs than Cael has. So he should also be able to develop Ruth.

I've been watching Parris since his freshman year in HS and he is indeed a beast. Because of football he hasn't wrestled as much on a national basis, but my understanding is he is going to hit more events this summer. Still not sure if he is a MAC level football player or better, so don't know if he'll go that route in college. But the kid wrestles like he's 160 and is just dominant.
Unfortunately, he'd be stuck at 285 in college. Really wish college had a weight between 197 and 285!

It may boil down to whether he wants to go 285 in college. No in-between weight in college. His only HS loss was in the state semifinals his frosh year against an undefeated Sr. He was tied 10-10 with :30 left and let him up and couldn't get the takedown to win in. Lost 11-10 and the Sr went on to win State easily. Undefeated State Champ last 2 years.
that minino kid from NJ at 113 not overly offensive but has a motor and jerzy attitude that should get him consideration. doesnt look like he will get much bigger which should make an interesting recruit....anyone have intel on why he isnt committed yet?
