I know OSU you looks good on the eye test. I hate them so much that it was tough for me to write, especially since many who live in Columbus CAN'T write! The 18/19 point line was a little alarming to me. I apologize if this was posted by someone else (don't have time to read all the posts tonight), but did you notice how much praise CJF gave to OSU at his presser and after practice today? He does have a degree in Psychology.
Here me out...I could be proven dead wrong on Saturday and I will own that. But what if CJF is continues to kiss OSU's ass in the media? Their coaches and players continue to read it and relax a bit thinking that PSU has already conceded victory.
Before I get cyber-branded by the irrational PSU fans out there, let me state that my idea is just a HYPOTHETICAL theory. But what else does CJF have to lose by doing this? I think we can win...but I am not sure that we will. CJF may feel the same way and is doing anything he can from a psychological standpoint, from his media pulpit, to at least give his team a chance.
OSU's egos must be riding high from the excessive damage they have done to other teams this year. Why not stroke their egos a little more to the point where they just may become complacent (for at least the first half
? We may or may not catch them off guard.
To this point, PSU has played the tougher schedule. OSU has but up more impressive numbers. Something has to give. Man, I just wish this game was being played at the Beav, instead of at the illiterate cesspool smelly shoe! Franklin gives teams credit a lot, but he seems to really be overdoing it for this game.
