The kid at SDSU (Dylan Hernandez) apparently over consumed at SDSU's Fiji house, and returned to his dorm room, where he fell asleep on his (upper) bunk bed. He then apparently rolled off that bunk in the middle of the night, his head striking a desk as he fell to the floor. His roommates, not realizing that he had struck his head, put him back in his bunk thinking he was just drunk. They found him foaming at the mouth in the morning. Not sure if there was a rail on his bunk bed at the time he fell. In any event, a very sad situation..
