Another total screw job!!! As the announcer for Big 10 labeled it... the phantom foul! That ref should be held accountable for his game deciding BS call at the end of the game.

It is the type of call that PSU Basketball suffers from far, far, far too many times. That call was wrong, incorrect and inexcusable. It was an absolute bogus call. It also directly changed the outcome of who won and who lost.

I agree. The NCAA should step in and suspend that guy for a few games. Take some of his game away. This wasn't the case of a missed call, something that was close. He wasn't even looking at the play. He turned to watch the ball, as the lead official not his responsibility, and simply called because the shoot fell backward. I hope Rhoades simply blasts that guy completely in his presser.

It is so heartbreaking to lose a game like this one. It is one thing for an official to miss a call, but to call something that you weren't even looking at is inexcusable at best.

In the write up on the game, it was headlined "Controversial call". There was nothing controversial about that call. Dylan went on to write that it wasn't the only reason they lost the game. I have to disagree with that statement. You make the correct call at that time Penn State wins the game. Simply put, that call was the difference in the game. Yes, Penn State gave up a ton of offensive rebounds and second chance points. The thing is, they overcame all of that to take the lead. You can live with a bad call, but to make a call that you did not even see, and at a time that Penn State could not overcome is heartbreaking.
