That was historically bad offense. I’ll bet we’ve had better O stats in a shut out. This offense could cause a loss to Maryland if they look like this.

I'm not happy at all. I just hope people, like you, shut up and listen to me now instead of pretending I'm an idiot but you won't because you can't admit when you're wrong.I guess Lando can wack off now. He got his wish
Yep...im buying him a copy of coaching for dummies. There are lots of his examples in it on what not to do.Going on 3rd and 1 with a pass then not going for it on 4th? That Franklin book
Ya you’re happy buckeye boy.I'm not happy at all. I just hope people, like you, shut up and listen to me now instead of pretending I'm an idiot but you won't because you can't admit when you're wrong.
Yeah they have a decent shot against Michigan with that D but they will still lose because McCarthy > McCord and Harbaugh will again out physical them.We have an elite defense but their defense is absolutely great. They didn't even have their top CB
Unfortunately his great game plan was equally not matched from the offenseYes Diaz had a great game plan
Come on man… We Are what we is!What we are seeing now is Franklin’s seriousness about winning a title. During Franklins contract negotiations, he guaranteed to the administration that he would make a serious run at a national title and if that was not accomplished by the end of the 2025 season, then he would resign. This was told to me by a parent of a Penn State Football player.
Yeah. Cause basic math is hard. Kick the XP and you are down 7. It's was just one more stupid decision in game with several by the dumb**** head coach.Actually, it’s smart
But of course we can't execute to save our lives not that it mattered at all.Actually, it’s smart
Truth x 100. He is that good. PSU's loss was OSU's huge gain on that one.Marvin Harrison should be a top Heisman candidate. Georgia couldn't cover him and if he didn't get hurt the OSU wins that playoff game last year.
You could just admit you were wrong and all my concerns were shown to be valid. It's not that difficult.Ya you’re happy buckeye boy.
I'm convinced Franklin is.Is Mike Yurcich a special needs person?
Basic math tells you going for two is the obvious decision…unfortunately, too many coaches and fans can’t comprehend “basic math”Yeah. Cause basic math is hard. Kick the XP and you are down 7. It's was just one more stupid decision in game with several by the dumb**** head coach.
Dude, love your thinking but my prediction vs scUM just changed to a big fat Loss.Path to the playoff now becomes the win over Michigan, and the tiebreaker breaking right…three bigs games for that right now!
So what do you want to do? What’s the answer? How should all fans react to a loss? Oh no, the world is ending…we lost a game.Just wait. After the game we’ll get the posts on how this was ok to lose to OSU because they’ll beat Michigan and win the tiebreaker. 😂
Yes. The common predictions before season seemed to me that the big 3 would each have 1 loss to each other. Unfortunately we are the first down. 😪Path to the playoff now becomes the win over Michigan, and the tiebreaker breaking right…three bigs games for that right now!
The book says go for 2 to avoid OT but I agree with your logicYeah. Cause basic math is hard. Kick the XP and you are down 7. It's was just one more stupid decision in game with several by the dumb**** head coach.
GFY buckeye boyYou could just admit you were wrong and all my concerns were shown to be valid. It's not that difficult.
No it wasnt....the only call dumber wqs 4 and 3 from your own 40 with 7 mons to go.Actually, it’s smart
They should acknowledge we aren't good enoughSo what do you want to do? What’s the answer? How should all fans react to a loss? Oh no, the world is ending…we lost a game.
Wonder how many of them he has. I bet his office would be full of them if he kept them all.Yep...im buying him a copy of coaching for dummies. There are lots of his examples in it on what not to do.
You're just being childish. It's okay that your bias blinds you. You now know I'm smarter than you. You knew that prior but now you can't dispute itGFY buckeye boy
Every team now goes for 2 when down 14. It’s not just a dumb Franklin thing.Yeah. Cause basic math is hard. Kick the XP and you are down 7. It's was just one more stupid decision in game with several by the dumb**** head coach.
Quinn Ewers has 2 of these types of games a season and many on here worship him. Agree with your measured takes on Allar - he needs some difference makers outside for a startIt's one game. It's how he responds and prepares for Michigan. Caleb Williams threw 3 picks last week. He's still going in the first round and probably first overall.
This is easily my favorite post on this blog in a decade. The wr passes and flea flickers would have made drubk youth football coaches blush. Is Mike Yurcich a special needs person?
Not cool.Is Mike Yurcich a special needs person?
boy do I agree with that. The way our defense was playing we might have gotten the ball back. As it was we gave them the ball on our 43 yard line. Worked out ok since they missed the fg, but i didn't think it was the right move.No it wasnt....the only call dumber wqs 4 and 3 from your own 40 with 7 mons to go.
As a serious gambler, I’ll tell you that fans overreact to wins/losses way too much (from a future/predictive standpoint)…the chances of beating Michigan might have dropped by about 3% based on what we say today.Dude, love your thinking but my prediction vs scUM just changed to a big fat Loss.
Explain the math behind it bring a bad decision to go for two…I’ll wait, then I can explain why it’s a good decision. No it wasnt....the only call dumber wqs 4 and 3 from your own 40 with 7 mons to go.
The math is bad if you're want a tie and to go to OT lolExplain the math behind it bring a bad decision to go for two…I’ll wait, then I can explain why it’s a good decision.
You must have taken the same remedial math class as Franklin. PSU had 12. OSU had 20. An extra point is 1 point. Which makes PSUs score 13.Basic math tells you going for two is the obvious decision…unfortunately, too many coaches and fans can’t comprehend “basic math”
The books says you go for 2 after the first TD then you can go for 2 after the second if you don't make it...if you're trying to win in regulationYou must have taken the same remedial math class as Franklin. PSU had 12. OSU had 20. An extra point is 1 point. Which makes PSUs score 13.
If by some miracle they recovered the on side kick, and if hell froze over they scored a TD, that makes 19. Another XP makes it a tie game going into OT at 20 a piece. There was no damn reason to go for a much lower percentage 2 points. None.
not sure what you meanHard to believe your bad call was clear till the 2 pt conversion.
That makes as much sense as punting in overtime. Whoever wrote that chapter in "the book" is a damn idiot. The books says you go for 2 after the first TD then you can go for 2 after the second if you don't make it...if you're trying to win in regulation
I don't disagree. I think teams should be playing for OT but the statistics say that's the best way to win. That makes as much sense as punting in overtime. Whoever wrote that chapter in "the book" is a damn idiot.
I expected a boneheaded call….that seemed like the first big one. Just playing off your previous postnot sure what you mean
