For me just the Orange bowl. Was hoping for the Rose, son lives out there and was planning for a family get together. Anyone remember the Liberty Bowl from 1960 (might have been 1961), I made that one.

Rose in 1994/5. Also went to see tOSU and BYU in Citrus many moons ago (Detmer years) as I was able to get cheap tickets and had never been to a bowl game and my brother wanted to go--and it was an interesting matchup (at the time, my folks were living in SW Florida, so it was a no-brainer).
86 Orange (thought I was going to see the second NC)
87 Fiesta (ended up seeing the second NC)
Wife and kids became priority

i've lost count, but have been going to bowls since the cotton bowl vs. baylor in 75, i think. have maybe missed @ 10 since then. used to have a list, but can't find it anymore

... I know that’s not a record number of trips but my wife and I were also raising 4 kids during that time...
... on the other hand I probably have a near record for watching Penn State appearing in the NCAA Wrestling Tournament ... last year in Pittsburgh was my 57th NCAA Tournament...
... Joe knew of my love of wrestling which led to a funny story ... another couple went to the Aloha Bowl with us - the guy asked if I could introduce him to Joe and I agreed to try... I knew where the team was having the pre- game meal the night before the game so I took my friend over to the hotel ... we were just getting off the escalator as the team was coming out of the ballroom ... Joe saw me and came over to us and greeted us with, “ Gee, Bill, I didn’t know we were wrestling in Honolulu this week!”... my friend still tells the story... as do I...

i also went to the Cap One (Citrus) vs. Auburn, but I think it was 03 (season). Also the 08 Rose and 17 Fiesta

Ditto, except as a recent grad, not a student. New Year's Eve on Bourbon Street and in Fat City. Great trip. Thought I'd puke if I heard one more Ga. fan yell, "How 'bout them Dawgs!" But they were pretty gracious afterwards. Also have the Garrity SI cover framed (poster version).

1976 Rose Bowl (Penn State not playing - before I attended PSU)
2017 Camping World Bowl (Penn State not a participant - son in law VA Tech grad)
2019 Citrus Bowl (most non-enjoyable game trip ever for me between the horrific coaching, not the greatest accommodations, poor seating and stuck in a hotel filled with all hick KY fans who harassed us before and after the game)
My wife and daughter went to the 2007 Outback bowl as our HS band was an invited guest. I had to stay home because I was working the holiday.
