Johnathan Vilma says PSU was tipping plays

If there were any thoughts about re-shuffling the O-line, today would be the day to do it. Weakest opponent left, and 3 games to get a good feel for a different OL mix. Mahon at RT and Menet in at Guard?
It's funny you mention that, Menet is supposedly taking some snaps at center in warm-ups. Zach Simpson is usually the back-up center, so I'm not quite sure what this means.

Well at least its the team thats giving away the playcalls and not the announcers...looking at you Kirk Herbstreit. LOL.
Nahh those guys are a little late to the party Vilma has been talking about this for a few weeks as as Tim here and a few
other posters, plus Andrew Callahan at 247.
It looked like the staff tried to fix some of it on Sat. with moving Barkley into the pistol at times.

But this begs the question.... while all these folks have noticed this for weeks, why has it not caught the attention of Mr. Limegrover? Isn't he paid to notice things like this. I can see where the head coach or other position coaches focusing on other things might not. But Limey might want to take a closer look at the films of his OL play.... unless he thinks they are so good they can get away with telegraphing the run and pass. LOL Also, anyone think the BOT holds a special compensation meeting and offers Vilma and Callahan and any walk in claiming to have spotted this $15 million or so finders fee? Funny Shit.

I'm not sure it didn't. I have no idea what goes on in their meetings.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Which means it's old news**

Guess it's too hard to check and see if something's already been posted
You seriously expect someone to look through literally pages of posts to see if something has already been discussed. For those of us that don't live on this board 24/7 that doesn't make much sense, but I guess the easier option would be to just ignore a post and don't bother wasting your time posting about something that is "old news". Crazy thought isn't it?

Especially after a game. If your coming in fresh on Monday you got a ton of stuff to sift, sort and ignore. :)

It's called SEARCH and the functions icon is a magnifying glass it is at the top of the main board page upper right hand beside the new posts icon. Click on the magnifying glass and type in a few pertinent topical words and viola... takes a few seconds.

Oh hell, just type FC or OT in front of everything. problem solved.:)
Not to mention that the subject is pretty much right there. There's always the reader's
ability to ignore it and "move on".

Sure.... But at the 4th or 5th or 10th posting of the same damn topic.... somewhere along that line there is a threshold and the 'not that again' kicks in....

True Dat. I know I'm sick and tired of one posters constant topics about the OL or in years past DT's.;)

this post doesn't bother me nearly as much as the 10+ posts about Pitt Thursday/Friday last week.
That was the true definition of pathetic posting

THANK YOU OH WISE ONE, I'LL BE SURE TO ADHERE TO YOUR BOARD POLICY GOING FORWARD.

You would think even an below average OL coach would pick this up watching film, if true..... hmmmmm?
Forest for the trees. If the Oline coach is focused on technique and how they executed he may not be paying attention to what’s happening pre snap.

Gee, the Suckeyes sure looked like they were "giving away plays" at Iowa using Wilma's 20/20 Hindsight logic for explaining things.... Give me a break - maybe ESPN's "I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express" expert could tell us why duhO$U got blown out 55-24 by an Iowa team that came into the game 5-3 overall and 2-3 in B1G play???
You’re an idiot.

when did Wright start to play injured? he was out early in the season, but then came back after a few weeks. not aware he was playing injured. #71 filled in for him for several games. then the move of #71 for #52 due to injury at tOSU brought Wright back to RT.

the double move probably says all we need to know and that is we do not have the talent depth on the team to just make one substitution. a single injury causes 2 moves. even though Mahon has played LT before, we must have no talent at G to backup Mahon.

I'm not sure when the injury to Wright happened, my WAG would be maybe Geo. St.
I know it was Nelson who tried to go for Iowa. I think he (Wright) came back for Indy.
