Kentucky Derby - darkhorse mudders?

Anyone who knows horse racing will tell you Maximum Security was robbed. The stewards at Churchill Downs owe Jason Servis, Luis Saez and Maximum Security a reversal of a flawed decision and an apology. The bumping happen at the top of the stretch with a 1/4 mile left in the race, this gave Country House plenty of time to run him down but he couldn’t beat Maximum Security who not only set the pace but went wire to wire. I anticipate horse racing fans making their voices heard at Pimlico in two weeks in Baltimore. If Maximum Security win the Preakness the paddock area at Belmont will require heavy security.

You even make stupid posts about horse racing. What don't you get wrong?
No need to be abrasive. I disagree with the decision because it did not happen in the stretch. I’ve seen far worse and nothing, absolutely nothing was done. If they want to fix the problem get rid of the auxiliary gate and go back to a 14 horse field. But to bring down a horse in the Kentucky Derby for something that happened at the very top of the stretch is a bad decision.

There’s a great USA Today article on this decision. Read it and draw your own conclusion. Google:
Maximum Security was robbed at Kentucky Derby, yet another black eye in horse racing
