Keystone Classic Thread

Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy. Goes down 8-5 to Springer of directional Michigan. I guess it is what it is.

Jimmy was down 6-5 with 1:30 left and was in on several shots.

Including a deep single. Just couldn't finish. And gave up a takedown in the final seconds.

Had 2 or 3 shots to win but couldn't finish. Sheesh.

Don't get me wrong I like Jimmy but Kade just seems like maybe a better option right now

Even if Cortez finishes in March about where Conaway finished, seems likely he's going to pick up early round bonus points where Conaway didn't.

Maybe he's made that leap. Hopefully. Let's let him wresle some ranked guys first. He wasn't scoring that way against Parker, Delvecchio, and Richardson (early-mid round types) last year.

A good test would be Devoy.

our #2s are now making noise. Sant upsets 2 seed and dinmore up 6 with a nice cradle on cimato also the 2 seed

in sparty open news...you can follow on track.

Nick Hall got a bye in round 1 and is bout 117, bout 44 on the mat now.

I love this joke!

As far as Jimmy goes, I love the kid, but I thought it was obvious even before last year that this is what he is. He's been at his ceiling for a long time now. That's OK, though. As long as he continues to give 100% and represent our school with honor then that's all we can really ask for and I'll support him.

nolf doing nolf things. headlock to pin

dinmore continues to lead 6-1, but getting riden hard

Neither has much of a chance to AA, but I'd stick with Gulibon

long season and We' ll see how the rest of the day plays out, but the boy had the look of taking his shoes off when the whistle blew.

I agree about the AA comment, but as recently as last week (after the loss to McKenna), at least one pretty knowledgeable poster on this board stated that he thought Gulibon had a great shot to AA. I don't see it, and haven't for some time (i.e., going back to the middle of last season).

I thought he showed improvement against McKenna compared to last year but losing to Springer... ouch

Nolf wrestled that Harvard kid.

Nolf hit him with a snap down and the Harvard kid's head smacked off the mat. Wow.

Then from standing, the Harvard kid had double underhooks on Nolf. Nolf just shrugged out of it, hit the standing headlock toss and that was that.

Savage.

Kasper's length seemed to give Joseph trouble for like a minute, and then Joseph went to work. Can't wait for the Walsh match.

nick in red shoes, blue singlet. in on a single gets 2 and then a quick release.

short offense, working the head. stalling on the opp and there is a TD and into a tilt for 4 and its 8-1.

Wow.

Wreck Hall, from his knees, just cow catches some kid to his back.

Happened so quickly I think that's what happened. Not sure. Lol.

Props to Flo, I was able to easily switch over to the MSU open and watch Hall pancake his opponent, then switch right back.

even better yet, you can run both tourneys at the same time, with split screen.

hard on the eyes. Got home at 4am from rutgers, but the lionstyle keeps you awake
