Can often tell by looks. You might see a choice that looks prime, or a prime that looks no better than choice on a given day.

That is what I am most likely to do... Compare the Prime and Choice and go by looks... Save the dry aged for another day...

get some discussion going.....

Do you guys like the public wrestle offs that used to happen or the open practice and buffet/mixer that has happened recently.

with all these studs in the room personally I would like to see if we could do a little of both. but then again I like my wife and her sister too.;):oops::eek:o_O:p
I understand that many fans enjoyed the wrestle-offs of the past. Me too.

Cael & Co.'s model for determining starters is different than other past staffs, and they use the "open practice and buffet/mixer" as a fundraiser.

The game has changed, and I personally prefer the current open practice, taking everything into consideration.

To answer that question, please see my avatar. It resulted in the death of Joseph "Blue" Pulaski.
You're the guy from the Goodfellas painting?

Wanted to hurry up and jump in before got too close to #3000 so there was no accident. But Worcestershire sauce is the most important spice anyone can have. As important to food as hops is to beer. Much more important than wifes sister, especially if wife is not the "understanding" type. Dry aged steaks have to be treated very carefully, or they will be dry. And steaks shouldn't be cooked in a pan, unless you are making chicken fried steak-always use wood and a grill!

Jello/oil wrestling with well shaped young women is much more entertaining than wrestle-offs, IMO. Although if you jump in inappropriately, I can see where some could have a heart attack. Especially in Iceland. You all have a great day filling this thread up!

My son went to South Korea and had makchang, which is a dish made with abomasum (cow's stomach). He wants to try making it himself. Good luck finding that in a supermarket! We were able to get it at Dietrich's Meats in Krumsville, PA. He's going to cook it for us over Labor Day weekend. Exotica! :D

Is this where we get irate that a non-PSU'er "stole" the 3000th post?

Not me... EDIT: Hahahahahaha, a moving target, love it.

Centex photo was 3000, so I posted. Then, someone deleted something, and mine went to 3000, so I deleted mine-it's you guys board-although mine was just to compliment Centex on his timing. Maybe he can post again, we can delete ours, and the mods lock at 3000?
I'm good. It's just a number. Like:

Centex, I must thank for your post a while back of the Suicide Squad Voices in My Head video. I've watched it 100's of times. Best post in this thread for me
