Mahon, Gaia earn top offensive grades

I've been rough on Mahon in the past, but he has really done a nice job at OT.

Impressive overall by the OL. They were getting pushed around in the first half and got stronger as the game went on.

How did Bell not even make the list? 19 tackles not enough?
that's not what grades are about, it is about if you did you assignment correctly and used proper technique. Bell could have had 19 tackles, but if say he blitzed and made a tackle when he was suppose to cover the back, he would get a minus on that play relative to grades.

now that's a good question, maybe somebody releases that information, maybe he just guesses. I do know that's what the coaches look at.

PFF isn't some random sports blog.

NFL teams buy their services to grade players. I don't know if the system they use is entirely public, but Chris Collinsworth bought into the company as an investor/co-owner.
