that's not what grades are about, it is about if you did you assignment correctly and used proper technique. Bell could have had 19 tackles, but if say he blitzed and made a tackle when he was suppose to cover the back, he would get a minus on that play relative to grades.

I wonder how much of that is the 'Ability' of the player and how much of that is 'Coaching' by the staff. Either way, I think Limegrover is a major upgrade over Hand, and its showing!
