PDIII will never wrestle for Iowa or in the NCAA again. The guy is s clown and a world class liar.
Brackets are out (except not yet HWT):

Berge unseeded at 157, draws the always difficult Bye in round 1, then Velliquette (Penn), then probably Shomers (Edinboro) in the quarters, then Kemdog semis, then Shields finals. (That's the path anyway.) Not a bad draw to make the podium.
A couple highlights:
Lee 10, opposite from Whatshisname, will face Russell and Bresser first.
149 - Sorensen vs. Tsirtsis in the semis. Bottom half quarters Oliver vs. Maruca or Lugo, Kolodzik vs. Deakin.
165 - Marinelli vs. PD3 Jr Lewis in the semis.
174 - Labriola got the 2 seed.
184 - Gravina got the 1 seed. His reward: semis vs. unseeded (!) Nate Jackson.

Deakin vs Sorenson is a match that has some serious potential. During and post.
Or that is the path anyway. It will be interesting to see what Sam does with kids of similar size with the athletic skill set that allows them to wrestle.
But come NCAA time things will work out just right and they will surpass the nature nuts and nitts.
184 has since been updated. Nate Jackson is 1 seed and Gravina is now 2.
That makes more sense. I assume the first posting was a result of the shock, finding out the one true and by miles the most important story of this year's Midlands tourney Pat Downey The Third would be somewhere else.
I know Dice posted he did not believe Berge would place a 157. I think as long as he does not get stuck on bottom he gets to Kemerer in the semis.

I was just on the “live” brackets on Track and I do not see Brady anymore... is Track the official scorer for today as it is not on Flo Arena
He's not listed on track anymore. Checked the brackets there as well as clicked on teams and Penn St now shows 0 wrestlers instead of 1.
It it's on track then they are actually running the tournament scoring so I guess he dropped out for some reason. To bad, I really wanted to see how he would do.
Bummer about Berge. At 184, who would you take in the potential Geer/Bonaccorsi matchup? Tough draw for Bulsak, but maybe he can pull a big upset over Gravina.
Working fine for me because I am using BTN Plus, NOT Flo. I almost never have problems with BTN Plus, but can't remember a single time using Flo I didn't have a problem. Hence the reason I cancelled them.
I questioned the size of that brace as well. As excellent as Suriano is a wrestler he has zero top game compared to Spencer....

Or at the very least shows up. I'll take my villains like Gilman. Talks sh**, wears the black hat, but he lays it all on the line on the mat. Win some lose some but compete. PD3 is a clown shoe who has more excuses than PD2 has standing offers to fight anonymous internet tough guys.
If this hasn't been already stated, your BTN+ subscription works for Midlands even if you only subscribe to the PSU sports. You don't need all access.
