Brady Berge Midlands -- Does anyone know why he did not wrestle?

He was in the 157 bracket announced on flowrestling last night, but this morning he was not! missed weight, No show, skin issues, ????

Brady Berge Midlands

Well, since it's been fairly widely assumed that he's a bit undersized to be a real hammer at 157, I'd be shocked if he was disqualified for not making weight. Other than assumption, I have no clue and haven't seen an explanation.

There really is no reason he wasn't ranked number 1. Meredith had 0 takedowns against Eierman, Yianni, and Heil.
The only reason was sophistry

Have a desired conclusion in mind, and work to that conclusion.

Tsirtsis now 2-0 on the day, still without a takedown. Needed riding time points in TB2 to beat Eric Barone, who hasn't really beaten anyone of note.

Murin, Lugo and Young all got rode hard. Gunther lost opening round after giving up NF. Warner got rode hard last round too, but broke out of it and capitalized for the W.

2020 might have to weight till 2021.

Spencer Lee doing spencer lee things....but Im sure thats because of the room and not because he is just that freaking talented.

Spencer is in his second piece of action in college and I'm reasonably confident he beats Suriano.

if he tears through Russel (tonight) and bresser (morning) I really think he can beat suriano. Gosh he looks good, but now we will see guys that have good defense and will try to slow him down.

I just think the kid is too good to be slowed down.

True, we have seen him dominate 2 NCAA qualifiers already though. I do agree we'll get a better sense of where he is, just don't seriously think Russell or Bresser can stop him. I could be wrong of course.

There isn't much IF in that sceaniro. Russel nor Bresser is going to do much to slow Lee.

I think Spencer beats the Rutgers kid, but that one will be contested.

I'm like 55-45, it'll be close but Spencer is ripping through the competition at an insane rate.
I don't hold it against Suriano that he's not teching everyone he faces because he's not built for that; he does what he does perfectly though, and that's not get taken down, not take any risks, and use his strength. I think he'll get the takedown he needs here and win a close one. Seems like the score will be 3-2, 4-2 in either direction though, can't picture a 9-6 match between these two.

I can see this scenario as well. I just think Spencer will get the takedown and ride he needs.

I was picking the Rutgers kid until seeing Spencer today. If Lee gets the first takedown in that match, it's over. Can't see the RU kid coming back to beat a kid like Lee. I don't think that Spencer will turn RU with it, but he runs a bar like no other. He'll keep the shoulder surgeons busy for the next 4-5 years.

Anyone know how Sam Stoll won his last two matches? Both show DQ. Seems odd.

I saw that too. I have no idea, but I would guess stalling. But to get 2 DQ's for stalling you have to have a ref who is aggressive in calling it. How likely is that. Don't think I've ever seen anyone win consecutive matches by DQ!

Bingo. He won both matches via DQ due to the opponent getting 'stalled out'. I didnt see the first one but in the 2nd he was crushing the kid and made him quit.

Stoll manhandled the heavy from Buffalo...had 5 stalling points which resulted in a DQ...or something of that nature.

I watched that match. Stoll didn't really manhandle him, but the Buffalo heavy did nothing all match and got called for stalls multiple times backing our instead of circling. Most of Stoll's points before the DQ were stalls. He may have had 2 for a TD, the rest stalls.
