He is green all season long, no redshirt.
who was running step for step with him
Irrelevant on both points. Sometimes a duck is thrown, and sometimes the receiver is just the faster athlete.I have two comments: Who threw the ball, and who was running step for step with him?

He's a safety, he's not going to be able to run deep with Dotson. It's a mismatch. Not sure I would describe it as #16 running step for step. How about bringing up the rear....
Pretty soundly beaten.

Does kind of illustrate what Franklin said about Dotson a couple of weeks ago, that he just seems to be a natural football player, just very smooth in everything he does. With Shorter banged up, maybe he gets the green light.

Somehow I’ve missed it. What’s up with Shorter?
Ahhhhhh..... no bueno. Thanks for the update.some type of leg injury, he was also seen in a boot.
The good news is at the last practice they saw him moving around
on the sidelines catching passes, albeit very, very gingerly.
It’s nearing the end of summer camp. Everyone has an “ankle”.some type of leg injury, he was also seen in a boot.

Virtually everyone miraculously heals game week.

All you had to do was look at his high school videos on Hudl to know Dotson is very talented. I was very disappointed when he verbaled to UCLA and pleasantly surprised with the flip to PSU.
I'm speaking from experience as a HS coach. Two and a half weeks of double sessions used to produce an army of would be "walking wounded." We didn't have the luxury of trainers back in the day......I tried to use my best judgement. When game week arrived, I held a meeting and pronounced the walking wounded "healed."Freshmen can’t really afford to be sitting out camp, waiting for the season to begin though.
The guy who threw the ball has a magic touch. How did he get the ball to defy gravity like that? 9.8 ft/sec²? Looked like a lot less to me.I have two comments: Who threw the ball, and who was running step for step with him?
Hurt, not injured.Virtually everyone miraculously heals game week.
What planet do you think they were on?The guy who threw the ball has a magic touch. How did he get the ball to defy gravity like that? 9.8 ft/sec²? Looked like a lot less to me.
