One problem with you argument is that it is not clear that the person in question was ever molested. His accusations went from getting his back cracked to being touched over clothes then six months later after repressed memory therapy to being subjected to oral sex and then at trial to be subjected to oral sex over 100 times. In addition, the people who know him the best don't believe him including 12 people who are the people who know him best saying on the record in their own name that they don't believe his accusations. These include best friends, girlfriends, parents of friends, aunts, next door neighbor, and women who helped his mother organize a candelight vigil.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. If a divorce is in their future, then we might be getting some interesting details that he probably confided in her. Granted... they will go largely ignored by everyone.
Given the totality of what is known, I don't believe he was abused; but I am not certain of it. What I do know for certain is that the trial was absolutely unfair. The State's PCRA summary brief is due in about a week and the state will be hard pressed to convincingly rebut any of the 31 issues that the defense articulated. If the defense is fortunate enough to win a new trial, I don't believe these particular accusations will be able to withstand a thorough vetting.

After following the link a few post above to the Ziegler site and seeing AF tweets for the first time, the guy [AF] surely isn't the brightest bulb. Perhaps he should spend some of his fortune on some professional counseling. He needs it badly. He surely does himself a disservice by his comments and actions. I am all but certain that his upbringing is the real root cause and not anything Sandusky did. The die was cast long, long ago. Sandusky may have aggravated matters, but the damage was done to AF long before. He will never be fixed.
I would recommend that he sees a therapist that knows what he or she is doing, not a quack like Mike Gillum.

The question is not whether the accusers are model citizens. TSM kids have not had an easy life and are more susceptible to getting in trouble than other kids. The question is whether or not they are telling the truth in their accusations. There are certainly indications that at least some of the accusers may not have been entirely truthful in their testimony.

Regarding the v6 incident, JS stated that he agreed never to shower with v6 again and after the incident he never again showered with v6. Regarding the v2 incident, JS agreed to not bring any kids on campus and after Feb. 2001, JS never again brought any kids on campus.
But I forgot, kids who make CSA acccusations never lie about it even if they would have a chance to make millions of dollars if they did.

No pornography of any kind had ever been found in Sandusky's possession. Sandusky had consistently maintained his innocence from day 1 and has good character references.
I am not familiar with any known fabrications that Sandusky has made. If you can, please provide the best examples that you have of Sandusky lying.

I would recommend you do some homework on the people you're listening to. Pendergast and the FMSF are last people I would base my opinion on.
Pendergast is an accused abuser, a member of the FMSF, and isn't accurate in his portrayal of cases.
The FMSF itself was started by a husband and wife that are also step brother and sister. Their daughter, the accuser, is a cognitive psychologist who never had any intention of going public. It was the parents that waged a public battle against her with the help of Ralph Underwager and his wife.
That would be the same Ralph Underwager who testified in over 200 cases as a defense expert before an interview was published in which he declared pedophilia was god's will.

I believe the photo was directed at JZ and other skeptics like Sierra Nicole Foster as well as all of the 11 other people from Lock Haven who know AF well and have been willing to go on the record in their own name questioning whether or not AF is an actual CSA victim. I believe he was telling them that he is going to do as he pleases and that there is nothing that they can do about it.
Check out the interview with Sierra Nicole Foster that goes over why she believes AF is lying about the abuse allegations and why she was upset with the photo of AF and thought it was done to get a rise out of some people (around the 15 minute mark).
Is that the best you can do? I don't believe there is very strong evidence to support your suggestion that Sandusky said that and that there is evidence to suggest otherwise.
I don't believe there was a recording or a transcript of the conversation. Sandusky has stated that he agreed to never again shower with victim 2 and he never again did. He disputes whether he agreed to never shower with kids again.
Maybe once he blows all the PSU money, he can admit that no abuse ever took place and the prosecution and the RMT pushed him to lie... then "Write" another book for another payday.
