He is a whiner, however teams are getting away with a lot of uncalled lineman downfield penalties because of the RPO offenses. Over the summer referees were directed to watch this more closely this season. PSU has gotten away with a number of these uncalled penalties the last 2 seasons. Go back and watch the Rose Bowl game vs. USC and you will see several instances where a penalty was not called, but should have been. one in particular was glaring. On the last TD pass to Barkley in the end zone, you will see not one, but 2, PSU lineman way downfield, one almost at the goal line. The LOS was the 7-yard line. It is happening a lot, and I suppose the Pitt coach wants to make the refs aware as soon as possible (likely because they can't stop it).

So you are referencing a play from over two years ago that we are cheating? Come on dude!!! Surely you can do better

I don't understand the "cheating" complaint. If the league allows something teams are going to do it. They're dumb if they don't. FBS isn't calling penalties right now for illegal men down field on those plays. They probably should be but if you can get away with it you do it. It's not cheating by any stretch. Narduzzi is desperate and he's trying to find anything to gain an advantage. I don't believe it will work for him but he's not wrong about the RPOs, Juwan using his hands to get space, etc. He's an ass for making these comments in the media instead of the sideline but he's not wrong. Just like Franklin would be wrong for pointing out every little thing that Pitt does that should be called a penalty and, when he's roaming the sideline on Saturday, I'm sure he'll do just that

this past winter NFL radio had him explain how to defend the RPO offense, pre and post snap. He also said, if the QB is under center (which PSU's won't be) they check out out of their RPO D's.
