Its hard to believe that Penn State can consistently turn it on in the second half like this. Obviously it speaks to the adjustments at halftime, but also makes me wonder what they are missing in creating the game plan to start the game. Maybe the plan is to com in vanilla and adjust from there... it is the only thing I can think of to explain the difference between the first and second half performance.
