AH in on legs again. TD MH 2-4.

Challenge is denied. MH gets point 3-4.
MH quick TD 5-4. 40 sec
AH TD after very active scramble. MH down 5-6 end of Period 1.
AH TD. Bends Mark Halls Knee. Mark in pain. Continues AH up 8-5. 2:15
AH TD again 10-5. 2 min 2nd.
AH TD 12-5. 1:30.
MH deep shot, but too far away. AH with another counter TD. 14-5 50 sec.
14-5 Final A Hall beats Mark Hall in Cons Round 3 86 KG.

Gotta agree, hard to say that DT was all that much more active than Dake throughout the 1st - in fact, he never really even tried to make a legitimate shot while on the shot clock. Dake came out to start the 2nd with some urgency and took control of the match by being more active. After that DT just did not wrestle with enough urgency imho.
Dake does actively whine to the officials while competing.
Just out of curiosity. With all the collective tears shed on the HR report yesterday, I don't recall you feeling the need to comment. Why here, today?

I'm all over the boards today because I'm relaxing at home now. I usually don't post much when I attend the event. Lots of tears this weekend by fans of many. Only 1 guy at each weight leaves with a smile and tears of joy.
Adam Hall is one of 4 wrestlers from NC.
Hall is one of two assistant coaches, with Obe Blanc.
Hall is in his second Olympic Trials, finishing 5th in 2012.
From Idaho, went to Boise State.
Redshirt Snr finished 5th at Nationals, 157.
2010 finished 3rd.
2 Time Pac Ten Champ.
Pac Ten Wrestling Scholar Athlete of the Year.
2010 All-Academic 1st team.
NWCA Academic AA in 09 and 10.

IMHO, Dake beat Jden Cox 7-2. Transitive property - Cox barely Gavin. Taylor trashed Gavin. Dake squeaked past Taylor, therefore...
If only that one dude in qtrs could have held off Dake for 15 more seconds. Taylor would have beat Cox in the finals - i am certain of it
Nice to see someone knows the free style rules, I still hate dam cretia should make them wrestle till someone gets a point td or push out.
We'll agree to disagree on the call. Actually kinda like Ramos but he got 2 lack of aggression calls - I was highly surprised by 1 of them - seemed very crowd driven. Whatever
Should not need someone to beat Dake for him. Taylor wrestled Dake exactly like he always wrestles him, with a whole lot of (read too much) respect and IMO a bit of fear.
As soon as he loses to Dake he shreds both Herbert and Gavin.
Just seemed a bit disingenuous. I do not believe there were enough tissues in Iowa City to absorb all the freaking tears flowing on HR yesterday. Or CHA.
Not that I seriously considered it. After all the travel and time spent on wrestling through the month of March, if I had brought up another trip to Iowa for wrestling I would have been in the dog house at home and work. Anyhow one of these years I would like to attend the trails. How was it yesterday?
