I am sick and tired of an unlevel playing field with O$U, the SEC, and other schools cheating and paying recruits. We cannot trust the NCAA to police this. I know we all respect the integrity of PSU football running a clean program. But since the NCAA does very little about stopping the cheating, and gives a slap on the wrist when an O$U type school gets caught, who would be OK with PSU paying recruits? If everyone else respected the rules and it was a level playing field I wouldn't even ask this. Since it is not a level playing field and the NCAA could care less, who's OK with PSU paying recruits?
