Looks like I will be in T-town for the Temple game. Any bars where I can watch the game?

there is a Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Alumni Assoc. in Toledo. Alas, they dont' have a web site, and they haven't put anything on their FB site about viewing parties.

The Chapter contact is Lynne Forsythe. Shoot her an e-mail at:

lforsythe86@gmail.com

to see if they are organizing a viewing party.

Good luck

thanks, Tom. I will be staying with a friend in the Toledo area who is an OSU grad. This must be handled, as the Wicked Witch of the West would say,......"Delicately." :)

Royal Oak is a very cool town.............

And the traffic on a Saturday should be nil.......

You can always drive up up 23 to Ann Arbor with your OSU pal too..... With no football, it will be easy to get around.

Well, we could certainly agree that we both hate the skunk bears! Thx.

This weekend there is also a big festival in Royal Oak. Arts Beats & Eats.
So there won't be any traffic getting to RO, but RO will be extremely busy and crowded. I forgot about that.

This weekend I am driving a car from Minneapolis to WV. I have a feeling that by the time I get to Toledo I am not going to be up for a festival, lol. But who knows. I may get there.

Hopefully not with a trailer....;)

This does remind me though--do we have a thread for PSU bars where you can go to watch the game (outside PA).

In Columbus, we hang out at Gressos in German Village.

I was going to recommend that you and car ferry across Lake Michigan between Manitowoc, WI and Ludington, MI aboard the SS Badger (its just a 3 hour tour Gilligan), but I don't think it will save you much time. 3 hour crossing plus having to get to the dock 1 hour early.
