Penn State Wrestling Club Banquet

I know it might be too early to ask but with the direction things are currently headed, will the banquet be cancelled?

I have attended the last couple of years and really enjoyed it and I'm in for this year whenever it happens.

At minimum, like they are doing with the late night talk shows, I hope Lionvision broadcasts Cael's speech to the banquet room consisting only of the team and WIN magazine who will be giving Carter Starocci his Hodge trophy for his undefeated season and tournament win.

Jeff Byers can fill in the rest along with the highlight video. The PWC unforunately will have to mail the donation check to Cael and Sandy.

Cenzo can read from the fantastic scrapbooks that the young ladies made, then he can do another Whiteboard this time with Hall and Shack over who had the best walkout song this year.

They can keep my payment and the wrestlers can have my dessert, they deserve it.

I can't even imagine what the volunteer leadership of the PSWC has been going through for the last few days.

I just want to go on record stating how much I appreciate all the work the volunteers do for the PSWC. I was grateful and blessed to attend my first Big Tournament this year. I went with the club on their bus trip and they did a great job. I attended two of their pre-match socials this year, with the first one being at the Nittany Lion Inn and it was a first class affair. I can't imagine the work that goes into making the banquet as enjoyable and successful as it is every year, and I've been fortunate to attend the last 4. Thanks again to all the volunteers involved in the PSWC!
