I've been to several. Even if you stay until the end of the ceremony, the kids will start to trickle in a bit later. Prior to the announcements, led by Ironhead, it is pretty subdued. There is some food out, usually on each side of the room and a couple of cash bars. Lots of chatting among fans, and then the kids show up and usually chat a bit with fans.

Byers always puts on a good show, and all the kids will be called up to the mic. Some are shy, some are hams, but, it is all fun. Cael will be last to show, as he has more media to do.

It is a good time.
