ODU is certainly paying more than W&M. ODU is FBS and had really good facilities and admin support for a school in their position.

Both schools are state schools ald be taken up by cost of football scholarships.nd they are the same size student body.

ODU's football budget is about 50% higher, $10.6mm v $6.9mm. Good chunk of that would be taken up by football scholarships.
