I thought it might be fun to take the opposite approach of @BobE really fun topic.
So I will lead off:
My worst athletic experience was playing QB on our Junior High Football team where on one play I LITERALLY handed the ball off to the opposing team's blitzing linebacker for a TD!
We had one play where I was to pivot such that my back was to the line of scrimmage before handing the ball off to the halfback.
Well...the opposing team's linebacker blitzed perfectly through the gap and took the ball from me and the RB!
What was worse was the "film session" (Remember those? LOL). It looked like I purposely just gave the ball to the linebacker! Our coach played it over a few times and it felt like an ETERNITY OF EMBARRASSMENT!
