Clifford has the 58th best pass efficiency. He's not good. Has great receivers and is still bad.
I wouldn't say he has "great receivers"--even early in the Purdue game there were a tons of drops.

I mean could Allar really do any worse? Clifford has the 58th best pass effiency, and is officially the worst QB in the entire country on deep passes. Allar looked very good and composed in limited action. I don't see how Allar could do worse than that. Well its impossible to do worse than that on deep passes.
