the officials are in a no-win situation. they have to err on the side of caution with injuries. and, they are not doctors, so they don't get to decide whether or not the injury is legit or not.
No mention of trace or our receivers at all? Indiana is the best team in the world when they are beating Ohio state.

Herbstreit has spent half the night making excuses for why OSU, (the supposed #2 team in the country), isn't crushing unranked Indiana.
The ESPN guide had this game set for the 8:00-11:00 time slot. The third quarter isn't even over yet. Only giving three hours to a football game is a pipe dream.
Looks to me like Indiana has one really good WR and a bunch of average guys.
Herbie just completely disrespected PSU with that comment...that's such a ridiculous statement.
Listening to Herbstreit broadcast a Ohio State game, with his pants pooled around his ankles, is just brutal.

I don't think PSU loses in Columbus. It might actually be a decisive win too, unlike 2009.
I remain largely unimpressed with JT. I mean, let's not forget this is his 5th season.
Can't wait to play these guys. If we play our game and limit the mistakes, whoah boy!
I understand Herbstreit doesn't deserve the benefit the doubt because he is such a $&&)), but Cobbs is unreal and Westbrook was phenomenal last year. Their WR group is the best in the BIG. PSU has the potential to be better but a lot of that rests on whether or not Johnson is as good as we think.

Yea I thought I had accidentally tuned in the "homer broadcast" that they were talking about on the sidelines.
I'll tell you, if our team is not motivated enough this year and I was Franklin, id save some of these choice quotes by the "experts". I'd also paste into each of their lockers that eventhough they are ranked 6th in the country, nobody has them picked to go to the playoffs or even win the big ten again. That includes the local media guys. Oh and Indiana is the best QB and WR combo Ohio State will face all year.
Watch the game , turn the volume down I am ambivalent about Herbstreit but OMG Herby just disrespected us but yet what he says is useless on anything . Every announcer should talk about nothing but PSU in whatever game they are calling
I think they have some good guys. I like their TE as well as Cobbs Jr. Lagow is pretty good but if he gets pressure he folds.
I also like a couple of their Defensive players.
One of the problems though, with this fast paced offense they run, if they don't get first downs it puts incredible pressure on a defense that isn't deep enough at all to carry them.
