PAGING MR. JOHN BROOKS PLEASE TELL US AARON IS OK

By the way..your son wrestled like a warrior all weekend. Took out a NCAA finalist from last year, former AA and Senior level Sammy Brooks and gave Pfarr all he could handle. Zahid had a little too much for him yesterday but I loved the fight and chipiness.

I like Zahid and I like his Doc B hats.

edit: and I hope AB ruins Zahid’s senior year. :)

any other finals?
Zahid vs MM ??
Zahid won by a few points. I don’t remember the exact score. Martin got the first TD, but it always felt like Zahid was in control of the match.

Oliver teched McKenna in the first. He wrestled very well the entire tournament. IMO, Oliver and Lee were the two most impressive wrestlers, though Massa also wrestled quite well — he beat Lewis in the final. Arguably, Massa was the biggest surprise of the weekend.

He won’t miss a beat. Thanks guys! Looks like the kid got the 24 yr olds attention too lol!
No doubt, granted Zahid was the least impressive champion of the weekend IMO, but he shouldnt be happy with a 6-0 push-out win over some “boy”. Aaron will know what too do come March.

IMO "He should know his place and show some respect" is a lot worse than "he's a little boy."

Reminds me a lot of Martinez running his mouth before the dual about how Jason Nolf couldn't match his pace. Jason didn't listen, and neither should Aaron.

Imar also spouted off about being one of the GOATs in an interview after the ‘17 semis. We all know how that played out.

Agree on Massa, and yeah even Oliver, but damn, what Spencer did to the field in his FIRST SENIOR TOURNY has to be my choice.

I marvel at the stones these kids have nowadays. I remember back in my day when I'd turn 11 and be pushed into the 11-12 age group, and feel a bit intimidated. Just amazes me how kids like Aaron just know the are ready and just know they belong.

Ok so like I said Sammy caught his attention to. And is qualified.
Congrats man, your beloved mullethead finally beat a PSU wrestler, sorry it took him 2 tries to beat someone he has a 10 year experience advantage over. Bravo Sammy.

Still didn’t qualify. So who cares

Exactly. We are talking about a Freshmen giving a 24 year old defending champion who he could see in the NCAAs a good tussle. No one cares about Sammy in that context, but you. Slow night on HR?

I'm sorry...…."Don't de concedent". Only one of those is actually a word. .330 is good in baseball......but it royally fails in everything else. Congrats on missing a passing grade by 37%. WooHoo

PS: it is actually 'too" so now you are at 25%. Mama must be so proud......or is it prowd where you live? Please don't reproduce :)
