Seems like Cole and Willor would be great. And we know they want Harvey. And it seems the staff is also trying to get another WR in the class. Seems like 27 at least, if they don't lose any of the current commits and can get some of the players they for sure want.
We know that Franklin will also want a few scholarships for the winter to add a couple transfers as well. From what I see of the roster, at least a transfer CB.
Hope one of the rivals PSU guys will weigh in on this subject again.

Now that the NCAA is officially a pro league, why limit scholarships? Just limit eligible player qty.
Yep, and it would seem that Waller would be more likely based upon the way his recruitment went.
But maybe just a "wish".......
