??? Roar posts the B1G seeding thread every year. It's not in response to anything other than the approach of B1Gs. Am I missing something?

In the good old days, even Bloomsburg was a challenge for us, we wrestled them every year from 1978 - 1993 and lost 5 and tied 1 if memory serves. Ricky Bonomo won three titles for Bloom and Lyco may know the Champs for Clarion, at least Charlie Heller.

Charlie was freaking great, 3 times an AA and once a finalist but no NCAA gold to with his PIAA golds.

I disagree with this. As a percent of content wrestling discussion is down but overall volume I think is way up. As the years have passed and PSU continues to dominate more and more people are stopping by regularly, meeting before and after duals and tournaments and as such become friendly or gasp...friends. Friends tend to discuss more than just one topic. I prefer to think of this board as a men's board of a group that are all interested in wrestling, many consider it a passion but as friends they discuss many things they are of interest.

I post very little, but I follow pretty religiously. I know of 1 female that posts on this board and her avatar has dogs. Sorry I can't remember your/her handle but as a fan I appreciate your perspective. I'm not calling you out @Agoodnap, I just want to continue to make this forum broader and welcome their perspective on this board. If I have messed up the incorrect pronouns, I apologize, I'm an old man and never have I had to worry about this.

I am choosing to come to a wrestling board, so I expect it to be dominated by “guy humor”. If I don’t find something funny I ignore it, and if it’s really offensive, I would block it. But I honestly don’t think I have blocked anyone on this board over anything other than trolls spewing Ped State stuff.

I don't social media much. As I followed Cael's Twitter, I figured I'd try its direct message feature to ask him a similar question as the OP (albeit maybe I worded mine a bit more tactfully). This was some time ago, maybe even before his first NCAA team championship. He responded pretty quickly, which was a pleasant surprise.

Unlikely. As of right now per Intermat Clarion has no one ranked in the top 33 so there is a good chance they have no qualifiers for NCAAs. Meanwhile MD has 4 ranked wrestlers at #13, 15, 18 & 24. Rutgers has 9 ranked wrestlers at #14, 15, 16, 18, 20, & 33.

All of Rutgers starters are either elite or will be when they qualify for their 2nd B10 tournament.

Based on last night match against WVU, Clarion's best 2 wrestlers seem to be 125 and 184 to me. Their 149 guy wasn't bad either.
