Was going to say the same thing. Our opponent's effort and intensity is almost always better, especially in the first half.
How is it possible that we almost always come out of halftime ready to play and rarely does that happen to start the game? Is it the team leaders? Coaching?
If we spotted Minnesota a 3-0 to start the game would anyone think we would lose?
If not--relax--if we're losing with about 8 minutes left then maybe start to worry depending on the situation

Oh Christ. I swear some people watch nothing but Penn State. Georgia struggled with Umass for a half today. So did OSU with Indiana. Voters don’t watch games. If Penn State wins, which is the only thing that matters, it is playoff worthy.

If PSU loses they might drop out of the top 12 and deservedly so. If they manage to get it together and win they drop several spots.

When's the last time Franklin lost a game he shouldn't?
I get this is annoying--it is--but I have no reason to believe we won't outscore them by at least 4 in the second half
