Lawsuit Update from Trustee Fenchak

"Clearly, the only route to compel responsible governance is through the courts, and we are doing that."

"The amended suit contained Item #163:

"Just days ago, the Board prohibited Plaintiff from attending any board meetings in person."
Fenchak v Penn State Board of Trustees
Penn State issued this prohibition after I filed my original lawsuit. While the Board of Trustees leadership has taken many retaliatory actions against me since I joined in July, 2022, this is the most egregious."

"If you have already donated, thank you. If you have the means to do so and want to see Penn State back in the hands of trustees who understand legal university governance, your donation will go to a very good cause. If you don’t have the means to donate but want to see us succeed, please help us spread the word."

Did anyone hear our #3 on defense

Yell at a WVU receiver "No, Niga#" after he broke up a pass on the WVU sideline. I know kids talk trash but I thought this was disgraceful conduct. And quite frankly I think Penn State players act like punks way more than they should.
Anyway, happy about the win but the culture of college football is starting to remind me of the Canes of the 80s.

PSU/USC A couple of thoughts.

After watching USC take down LSU I came away believing SC is going to be much more competitive than a number of west coast pundits and their fans were predicting. SC is going to create problems for a lot of Big Ten teams including ours.

I was really impressed with their WR's and the passing abilities of their QB. I think we're going to have real match up problems against their wide receivers because of their size. Their #10 checks in at 6'1, #8 at 6'4", and #2 at 6'6". All caught the ball really well yesterday and all ran well after the catch. More times than not their QB got rid of the ball on time, had good velocity on his throws, and was accurate in some tight windows.

TA needs to start thinking about how he's going defend these tall receivers and disrupt the timing of the QB. I thought we would win the SC game rather easily but after yesterday's win over LSU my calculus has changed and I'm not so sure now. We going west at 6-0 will have SC and their fans really amped up.

Yikes - you can see the bullet hole where Pearsal was shot

Apparently it went right through and out his back. I know they sent him home already, but that looks like that could severely limit him this year. Video is included too - not for the particularly squeamish. Good thing SF signed Ayuck before his price went up.
