I don't know how much I'll get to post, tomorrow, as I'll be coaching and then hopefully watching finals somewhere with my club guys... Been a fun ride, y'all.

more resignation. If you look back, I was saying last summer we didn't have the high end to keep up. Would have loved a couple upsets to go our way for a change, but your guys have wrestled a hell of a tournament.
How many official scorers did you need?

what an idiotic comment by you. Dake was as complimentary as could be. He continued with the statement you highlighted to say that other programs get great recruits, but they don't seem to develop as well as PSUs.

At the beginning of the year, I had 6 finalists with a healthy Suriano. Glad the good guys could meet my expectations
Dake only added that PSU develops the recruits after he was prompted by Baldwin. Check the tape.
I had badly bruised ribs once. They slowed me down. A laugh or a cough was bad enough. A sneeze - ouch.
If anything Kyle was actually complimentary as he talked about almost all of Penn State guys get better and develop.

Question is how does the Hodge stand up? Guessing it will be Cox, as he'll be the only senior, left, undefeated (Bo wins of course)
My observation as well. I think Dake is a dbag but he was very complimentary of the PSU program and Cael. Some people can't see through their bias
In college matches, he goes a full additional minute against mostly guys who outweigh him by 35+ lb, without an intermission break in the middle of the match.
Forget about that. I'm cracking open another beer, putting my lazy boy back and basking in the beauty that will forever be known as "Friday Night" in my household. Of course we are nitpicking on what to now call an actual Friday night but we'll figure it out...

good point -- that's the atmosphere that Cael promotes --- get out there, have fun, try to score points
Won't rule it out completely, but if Bo wins, Zain should get the award. Will be really hard to ignore him being Most Dominant 2 years in a row, and much more than Cox. Especially if he pins/techs the field at nationals.

That is what I would hope, but isn't it turning into a lifetime achievement award? Too much BBQ and beer (threw the coleslaw into the refrig for the wife) to look it up.
What an amazing effort from all 5 guys. Hall and Joseph are so smart out there for the age. Great challenge in the Hall match by Casey- I was yelling at the tv when it happened. Zain-Nolf-Bo what can you say? These three guys are not only great, but great to watch! I had a good feeling heading in to the round, but not THAT good of a feeling. This is a well oiled machine.
It appears that we may only need 5 scorers to win. Wait I'm confused. I thought 8 scorers are required to win NCAAs
