Why does this match give me a feeling of deja vu? Did another Penn State wrestler get a big pin in the semis against an Iowa wrestler at 184?
Nevills vs. Kroells (Minny) Consolation R5
Per 1
Nevills with a TD at 1:51, 2-0. Nevills riding to the right side. Kroells up to his feet, taken back down. Up again, and out at 1:05, 2-1. OOB. Nevills in on a single, has it elevated, no longer elevated, they scramble, and Kroells breaks the leg hold and gets the TD, 2-3 with about 12 sec left. End. RT at 28 sec for Nevills

Kroells takes down. Kroells and out in 7 sec, 2-4. RT at 35 sec. Nevills in on a single, Kroells tries to get out, but Nevills gets him to the mat before they go OOB. Challenge by Minny. Video review. Seems to be a question as to whether Kroells touched off the mat before the TD was awarded. Call stands, so it's 4-4. 1:07 left. Nevills on right side, Kroells up, taken back down, and RT over 1 min. Up again, and taken back down is Kroells. OOB at 25 sec. Announcer just calls Nevills a freshman. Dumb. Kroells works up slowly, taken back down. End. RT at 1:46 for Nevills

Kroells again in on a low single, Nevills grabs an ankle, they scramble, not going anywhere, ref lets them wrestle out. With RT, it's a 6-5 with by Nevills

3 Team race? PSU is in 1st Place by more than 30 points - you have an interesting definition of a "3 team race". This is a 1 team race for first and a 2 team race for second.
It's an HR thing. Because Cael recruits so well, he doesn't need to coach to win championships.

Easy. Mathematically, there are still 3 teams in contention.
Only Okie State (146 max possible) and tOSU (136.5 max possible) have a mathematical chance, but the probability of PSU (currently 121 with 5 finalists and Nevills still alive in consis) winning is high. Maybe someone else feels like crunching the numbers.

Hey Cowboy, I just want to say thank you for being such a good sport. I appreciate other team fans visiting us even during the era of Cael-PSU domination.
Great way to put it... Jschrantz. 5 finalists in a row.... a show certainly for the ages. With 2 pins in a National Semi-Final and a major. Penn State is on another level.
Thru 4 sessions, PSU is 29-5. They went 5-0 in the semis, and 7-2 in Session 4. Throughout the tournament, PSU has 6 pins, 8 TF, and 4 majors.
Rib injuries will do that to you. Snyder represents our country so well, I can even overlook that he wrestles for tOSU.
