10:53 AM Pacific Time todaySIAP. Is there a known time for her finals match?
That was nuts. You just never know in Freestyle.Damn Susaki goes down. The Indian girl had a plan and it worked. Down 2-0 with two passivity calls then goes ham the last 20 seconds to get a TD to win.
Rau teched by Iran.Yui is now 82-1 vs the world. Biggest upset since Helen won gold. Japan not starting like they thought.
Kamal Bey goes down 4-1 vs Kyrgyzstan.
I thought Vinesh was out of gas.Susaki survives as Vinesh hangs on against the Ukrainian.
It looked like a head butt to me.Stadnik had the match won against Dolgarjav. Was up 7-4 after a flurry. Review changed it to 3-2 and then trying to backpedal tripped and fell on her ass to give up 2. Challenged for a hands to the face but it was denied and Dolgarjav wins 4-3.
Sarah will face the Mongolian this afternoon. I like the match up. She has a distinct length advantage against the fireplug.

IOC wrestling officials doing IOC wrestling official's things? The reffing in that AZE MGL match was strange, given how four points came off the board for AZE without much of an explanation or replay.
IOC officials are like politicians they are never wrong!IOC wrestling officials doing IOC wrestling official's things?
USA Network has some as well as Peacock.Sorry if already discussed -- which cable channels, if any, are carrying wrestling live? Or is it just available on streaming basis?
They don't really get bigger!I can’t believe Susaki lost! What a ****ing massive upset
I rewatched just now and think they got it right. AZE was up 3-0. MGL gets to a leg, AZE counters with a whip, they both go over but MGL's shoulders don't break the plane; MGL gets control and behind AZE, plus exposure, but since the exposure is in the same move she only gets two. 3-2 MGL.Stadnik had the match won against Dolgarjav. Fujinami might even be better than Susaki. Parrish definitely has her hands fullLet's hope this trend continues. Parrish has Fujinami 1st rd.
Was it a scoreboard error, or did the score it 4 AZE and 2 MGL at first? I thought I saw the score as 7-2 shortly after the exchange, but Lemonpie thought it was 7-0 on the board and was strictly a scoreboard error.I rewatched just now and think they got it right. It went up on the board, briefly, as 7-0 because, I'm guessing, it initially looked like AZE might have exposed MGL from standing, which they then decided wasn't exposure. MGL's two came immediately after, which is why it was then 7-2 on the board, despite that it perhaps should've been 7-1 instead, if you saw MGL's two as a reversal. So no, not a scoreboard error, a scoring error that they rescinded. Was it a scoreboard error, or did the score it 4 AZE and 2 MGL at first? Anyway, that trip to lose a match gave me Michael Beard flashbacks from his match against Amine.
