Honestly, Bird is a caricature that nobody takes seriously. Gobbles is the one that should have his own thread because of the steaming piles he puts out there that many of them believe because he feeds them the occasional real nugget.

If I'm reading Gobblin correctly, to him it's ok if AJ is running around Iowas campus and the young ladies there because it's "out there" and hes been exposed as a dirtbag and a possible danger. I'm not sure but it sounds like he'd think differently if AJ had not been caught being a sleeze and no one knew what he is capable of as weird as that may sound.

At my job, we have to go through annual conflict-of-interest trainings about what you’re not allowed to do on the job or in your personal life because of the job you hold (or even held). But as it turns out in the “trainings”, pretty much everything is ok w/ respect to COI law as long as you disclose in advance of your action any COI you have in engaging in that action. It’s total BS.

Different circumstances, but essentially the same concept as Gobbles’s philosophy — it’s ok that someone is a sexual deviant as long as it has been disclosed that the person is a sexual deviant. Everyone is on notice, so it’s really on you if you end up being a victim.

My Boxer, otherwise the sweetest dog in the world, has killed three fawns in our yard. One would think the does would stop jumping our fence to give birth after the first one, but no luck. Now, he is not allowed in his own yard for late May to early October 😕

The only way his posts would be acceptable is if he was 13 years old but he has been around since December of 2010 so I'm guessing he's not unless he created an account of the womb.

Even the posters who constantly make Sandusky jokes (hell Nicolls is part of that), that's whatever, I've grown use to that and accepted grown adults do that even but IRONBIRD's posts are literally a whole other level of deliriousness, like he loses sleep at night over PSU Wrestling being what we are. Every other HR poster I believe could have an adult conversation if push came to shove but not him.

I think Cael & PSU actually do alter a lot of lives over there for real, and those are the people to feel sorry for.

I stand behind my observation of Ironbird, though. One of the tells is that he has been escalating — a classic sign of someone trying really hard to play to the crowd. He had to shut up for 24 hrs after his idol lost . . . which left him with 2 choices: go away, or come back even stronger. What we are seeing is his take on ‘stronger’.
