Cael does not say he CAN wrestle right now he said he if was he'd be a 149lber and that he walks around at 157lbs. He says that one day he might be a 157lber.

But the article also gives zero reason to think he WILL wrestle right away.

Article is behind a pay wall, however, the quote you posted above sounds like it is what the writer is saying, not what Cael is saying.

Penn live jan.14 article , it's about the portal, busiello can wrestle right away but not the plan. Kerkvliet will be ready either nov. Or jan. Also Google Penn st wrestling and you can find it.

That could mean he's eligible, not he's physically ready.

Since he has scratched from 2 opens in the past month, he's not ready in some way.

Agreed. I thought we were talking strictly eligibility. There's no reason to think that a freshman who is wrestling 20 pounds up from his high school weight and whose training was interrupted by a transfer is ready to compete.
