Obviously hoke recruited them. U brought up 11 names out of 3 recruiting classes. 3 or 4 of them were 3 star kids or lower. Other than peppers and Lewis, who was already a player before Harbaugh got there? Guys like taco(ohio product) were already classified as busts by osu fans. Think it's common knowledge that QB and o line were the biggest issue during harbaugh's tenure. He had to get a backup qb from Iowa. Then speight and okorn for 2 years. Besides player development was the lack of depth at key positions left by hoke. Again, he took over an embarrassing 5 win team. Cupboard bare? As far as star gazing, most michigan coaches wont have issues recruiting. The culture and actual players that Harbaugh took over is another story.
