I will change the heading when they come out, which should be today.
I hope you don’t think I was trying to steal your thunder by posting my allocations prediction thread. I copied what I had posted on GIA and added it here. After going back and reading your Big 10 seed prediction thread, I realized you had already added the allocation predictions at the bottom. Sorry I missed that. Anyway, love reading your analysis and here’s hoping to an exciting postseason over the next few weeks.I will change the heading when they come out, which should be today.

If Haines or Robb makes a run and Gomez or Sasso upsets Yianni, there could be as many as 9 B1G champs, too, with a minimum of 6 or 7. That would seem to justify the allocations.Historical perspective: After sitting at the mid-70's range from 2012-2014, the Big Ten was awarded with 86 allocation spots in 2015. That would be the high water mark for the next 6 years, and in fact the Big Ten dropped to 71 the next year, 2016. A tick up for the next four years saw the Big Ten at 77, 80, 78, and 76 for the next four tournaments. Then in 2022, and now again in 2023, the Big Ten took another step up with 88 allocations in 2022 and 2023.
Steen is finishing 9th. It has been written. Can Gary Steen finish 9th in the B1G tournament? It's possible!

You make a valid point, but winning 3 straight will mean he will be on a 3 match winning streak heading into nationals to beat Lee.8th more likely than 9th.
For 8th, he has to win 2 of his first 3 matches across 2 days.
For 9th, he has to win 3 straight in 1 day, after having wrestled 2 or 3 matches in the regular bracket. And he's undersized.
Cheering for PSU?Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend either. Will be cheering from home.
Yahooooo! I don't care about the number of allocations, but having 7 weights with 9 allocations makes the KYPSW write-up easier.B10 allocations:

I'll only offer a reason, if and after you confirm this is not sarcasm (or rhetorical), but I'm pretty sure you can hazard a guess. What possible reason would TnT have for not including Teske in the allocation pool but in the conference seeds?
Not too versed in these things but by doing that, does that mean the Big10 could have been allocated another auto qualifier if they hadn't done that? What possible reason would TnT have for not including Teske in the allocation pool but in the conference seeds?
Maybe I’m missing something. Who doesn’t drive a car for a whole year????
