End of the regular season should be for training and healing, not gearing up to face a high end opponent.
The ENTIRE SEASON is for maintaining wrestlers' health. If you're burning your guys out by February, you're running 'em too hard.

OMG. A lady I work with did the exact same thing. She was telling me about these amazing tickets she got to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the Hershey Theater. I have been to that theatre many times as it's only 20 min away. I said really? I wouldn't think that venue could hold them. The next day she came in laughing at the experience and they actually had a great time . Others were not so pleased. I saw Joe Bonamassa there, great show.Funny story here.
A couple years ago my dad called me because he and my uncle wanted to buy tickets to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers at Hershey Theater. The tickets were only $35 which was surprising as is but especially considering it was just a small venue for a stadium band. I was excited but said “hold on, let me look.”
Turns out the tickets were to see “Red Hot Chili Pipers”, a bagpipe tribute band.
My dad was not pleased when I broke the news to him.
