Cannot say enough about how thankful I am we have him at the helm. He inherited the team at the low point --- when the scholarship reductions were hitting hardest. He stayed with the methods he promised would yield results. Two straight 10- plus win seasons is proof that he was right. He pushes the players the way a certain coach did for so many years, to be the best they can be on the field, in the classroom and in the community. Our 2 losses this year could have gone either way. It was a special season. We can all be proud. I'm not sure if he was kidding after Allen doused him with the Gatorade! But it is clear the boys want to play hard for him. We have a lot to look forward to down the road.

The most impressive thing he had was patience. He came here and knew what he was up against. He could have burned a lot of his first classes redshirts. He could have benched a qb that didn't fit his system. He trusted the process and penn State is being rewarded for being patient with him. He is an elite college football coach

Someday he's going to get the credit he deserves. He should have been the COY for two straight years. What he's done is amazing and I'm not sure too many "big name" coaches could have done it or would have had the balls to try. Keep him as long as we possibly can.
