Is it a given that Ryder won't be able to make 174 in 26? I read he didn't have to cut any weight for 79KG at worlds. Read he weighed in at 173.8. Granted, 2 years from that date he'd probably gain weight, but not a given. Is there any info on what he weighs now? I'm thinking 174 would be much tougher for Welsh, but what do I know.

Have the team wear blue sweat shorts and white tee shirts mimicking gym class from the seventies. Have exercise bikes and jump ropes behind the benches. Don't treat it like a big match. Treat it like a practice. That would create a stir on HR.

That's actually a little trickier than winning Soldier Salute with a B team because some of these guys are going to be redshirting (i.e. Desmond, Perry, possibly Davis and/or one of Kasak/Duke). We can enter the red shirts in the Soldier Salute and not affect their eligibility, but not nationals.
