Oh good Lord - that was a classic "pancake block" - it was not holding in any way! You're taught to finish blocks - the blocker exhibited perfect fundamentals - such bullshit claiming that his executing a textbook block is "unnecessary" - that's what they're taught and coached to do! Complete nonsense that what he did was unnecessary.
That was a terrible play to Singleton outside … Wash had it sniffed out. He still got a ton of yards. Imagine that

Are you ok? I never say it was a hold. I don't think it was. Singleton was 20 yards downfield and Luke staying on that block was completely unnecessary. Go celebrate with your teammates and don't give them an excuse to throw a flag.
That was a Trap as one of Warren's hands moved on the ball after it hits - if both of his hands maintained same position on ball, would be a catch as he possess it before it touches ground, but his one hand does clearly slide up on ball when it touches so ground helped him maintain control (i.e., "trap it").

He's being held on an every play basis - zero flags, go figure. This league's such a f'ing joke - they throw bullshit holding flags to wipe out PSU TD, but zero holding on U-dub OL when they've been holding Carter on an every play basis.
I’m not a complainer about refs cause the all suck but just once like to see a hold call on the team Penn state is playing. Carter is held almost every play

The officiating in the BIG is a mystery. It is so inconsistent.
U-dubs star offensive and defensive players strangely wearing black & white, not blue & gold - weird.

Our guys would do better if they learned to break down/control versus running past the offensive player.
Allen should have caught that - was behind him, but he had both his hands on the ball. Announcers dead wrong that Allen gets a pass on that.
