A school with little exposure because no one else wanted him.Maybe cause he played at a school with little exposure. I mean look at his college stats lol. They double KJ’s. He was also a immediate NFL stud.
No one here could answer that. But, consider he's had his "bell rung" several times this season alone.
Those are the big ones just off the top off my head.
- TD at Iowa, landed on his head.
- The next week the helmet to helmet hit securing the UM game.
- Landed on his head returning a kick against Indiana.
Doesn’t matter what school you are from, if you have the talent you are graded accordingly as a prospect. This isn’t hard to understand. Brady went in 6th, he played at Michigan. Hamler will be graded as a round 1/2 prospect, he made the right choice. Don’t be bitter, wish he stayed too but if he was my kid I’d say go. And JF told him the same.Maybe cause he played at a school with little exposure. I mean look at his college stats lol. They double KJ’s. He was also a immediate NFL stud.
Yup, game we win with himDidn't he get knocked out after making a 1st down catch against OSU last yr?
I don't think we've ever had a "water bug" type player like that before but I want another one. So much fun. When all is said and done (combine, interviews etc) I’ll be shocked if he isn’t taken by mid rd 2. Too good a player, too good a kid. Special teams added bonus. Only reason he’s not projected higher would be because this is deepest pool of WRs in a draft class, perhaps ever. He’s Marquis Brown level, who was take late first last year without a return game and no injury coming in. He’ll fit in perfectly to a good team like the Saints or Eagles, Patriots Packers etc at the end of round 1. He’ll ball the F out in the NFL.
With his ACL and concussion history, who the hell could blame him. He’ll be missed and his presence could cost us a chance at the playoffs, that sucks. But not his problem.
I remember being laughed at on here when I said he’s the next Desean Jackson and others said “look at his HS competition” by the recruiting “experts”. Kid was the truth and will set a great example for PSU in the pros just like A-Rob,Godwin Miles Quon and countless others.
Glov man, I love you but he has a history of concussions, No amount of working out will solve that and it's a risk to come back. Time to take the money, help his family out. He will be a fairly high pick, let him go. Sucks for us but it's the right move for him.His body definitely could use two more years of maturity & growth.
Not ready IMO.

USA Today had him going late in the first round to the Packers in today's edition
I totally agree. Last week I started a post about going the Transfer Portal route to add a few proven WRs. IMO, the WR position is a glaring weakness to what could be a pre-season top 10 team. I hate the idea of having a top 10 roster everywhere except WR. If it were me, I'd be taking every measure necassary to be adding talent to that room. Right now, I'm sure there are rising Seniors at the MAC schools, and some G5 schools who might really like the chance to prove themselves up at the Power 5 level with a top 10 team.
Micah Parsons alone puts us at top 10 for LB.Top ten roster EVERYWHERE?
Probably not top ten at OL.
Probably not top ten at DL, possibly not at LB and certainly not at S.
Micah Larsons alone puts us at top 10 for LB.
Fixed the L and made it a P...he was an All American, it was way more than one game.Larsons / Parsons.
At times I think we could play a 4-1-3-3 or 5-1-3-2 and be better off!
Parsons certainly had an outstanding game vs Memphis, probably the best game of his career. If he plays anywhere close to that level next year and gets ANY help, yes, we would be top ten.
