I had to look him up--but he finished 2nd at the US Open in 2017, and placed 3rd at WTT. Can't wait to see Nick wrestle again! FAR too long since B1Gs....
Wright had wins over Joe Colon, Seth Gross, and Andrew Hochstrasser in 2017.
I don’t see any sign of him in the brackets at the major senior events in 2019.
Maybe he’s coming back from injury?

I see an Indiana Pride singlet on Wright. Is he another Indiana native? If so,does he and Nick have history?
Around 10 matches the goal again. Last event started with less than 10, then a couple matches were worked out late. In addition to what's been announced, don't be surprised by a women's freestyle bout, a couple more resident athletes going, plus some of the college guys. Another good card, for sure. Definitely worth tuning in.
he is an Indiana guy, but Nick Lee was in 7th grade when he was a high school senior, so I doubt they have history
I'll tune in just to see whose singlet Gilman is wearing!
Starocci vs Marsteller just announced.
Yeah. Quite a measuring stick for Carter. Definitely my "most anticipated" match on the card so far.
Chance better come loaded for bear otherwise it might get messy.
Yeah. Carter Starocci is a very good wrestler. He might already be better than Marsteller was.
If Starocci wins, I think a lot of people will have to reevaluate how they've ranked PSU this year. I don't think the current team finishes any lower than 3rd.
I do not think they base their rankings off of freestyle matches. I know that many of our guys will finish ranked higher than they started but it will be based on their collegiate results. They do it with all of the top guys when they first enter college, start ranked really low and rise as they go through the season.
Starocci currently building a wood shed outside M2 to take Chance behind.
I might be out of the loop, but I'm not sure where we have ever been considered outside the top 3 (and top 2 in most estimations)
Funny, but I hope Carter is giving Chance the respect he deserves, he’s no Skatzka.

I doubt we will see much PSU vs PSU on these cards. I get the impression that Cael's primary motivation is to get his guys some fresh competition. The rest is gravy.
How about a Nevills/Nevills/Lee/Lee tag team bout?

Maybe a Brands-Brands vs. Cael handicap match? Two bugs vs. the windshield.
Cael has said out loud he would wrestle those two guys.
Only question is, does he have a free hand for the selfish while holding both down on their backs.
Brandon was a 2X IN State Champion and 2X Runnerup, all before Nick entered HS. He's wrestled a lot at the senior level and should be a good challenge for Nick. Looking forward to it!
I'd like to see Nickal vs Valencia even tho he just lost to Burroughs. Obviously would like to see Taylor vs Nickal. Hopefully that happens at the trials.
I’m hoping Brady Berge is healthy and we get to see him soon.
Not trying to turn this into the dumpster fire thread, nor am I typically a pessimist by nature, but honestly, I'm hoping they can get this event in next week before the lockdown(s) return(s). I wouldn't hold my breath on December, and the NCAA season is looking as shakey as ever too....
