1. Clifford is too juiced still. Figured after a couple starts he'd settle in, but he is just too jittery. Blackledge danced around it tonight. And stop running the ball so much with him. He isn't natural and we are asking for trouble as Levis isn't near the polished QB Clifford is.
2. Playcalling is still horrible. Not enough running Cain right at them. No swing/screens. Franklin after Friermuths TD was taken away and we were 3rd and 20, run Clifford with Ford as the lead blocker says in headset, "Throw a bleeping fade" he's seen saying on TV. Give someone a chance at a ball on the outside corner to make a play. Will love film review of that call.
3. Safeties need to play more CF. Our front 7 is taking care of the pressure and QBs are having to make pressured throws. We should have more INTs if we'd just adjust to keeping one or two high in obvious passing downs. Got one late in that spot.
4. Cain/Ford in that order. They are just better RBs. I love Journey and Slade but the other two are just better. Can't afford wasting series from this point on.
5. I'd like to see more of the younger DBs. Reid should get his reps, Castro Fields should be seeing the field less. Give the two young bucks more of his reps.
