I wouldn't consider 64th good, and 148th and 318th are horrible.

So 64th out of 351 (top 20%) is "poor", and 148th out of 351 (between top 1/3rd and top half) is "horrible"? Guess we'll have to disagree on our adjectives to describe those numbers.
